About us

This is how we became FAITH Church.  COVID happened, life changed as we all knew it, churches closed, some re-opened while others didn't.  A few people began to talk, then those few talked to a few more people, and well before we knew it there was a group of like minded, God-fearing, individuals that felt a growing, spiritual, distinct calling that our current spiritual needs were no longer being fulfilled by our current churches.  Although we had gone our separate ways and were attending different churches for different reasons we had stayed in touch because we had grown to become ONE BIG FAMILY!  On June 9, 2024, our family of fifty-two people, with a stirring in our hearts, led us to meet at the Sardis Ballpark in Bauxite, Arkansas, We gathered to discuss a shared sense that God was guiding us toward the creation of a new non-denominational church to serve the community of Sardis and to grow our ONE BIG FAMILY and the KINGDOM OF GOD!

Fast-forward to July 14, 2024, we held our first church service in the Community Building at the Sardis Ballpark in Bauxite, AR.  Keep in mind we didn't even have a name yet but we all felt Jesus calling us to live a more BOLD and DIRECT life from the Bible and not from this world.  FAITH Church was overwhelmingly suggested as the name because we all knew we were stepping out in faith and God was leading the way.  Please come join us on our journey at FAITH Church and become a part of our story as it is just beginning!
